The Certifications, Skills, Languages, Training subtab is an easy-to-use area to keep up with adding and editing new certifications, current skills, or recent training for your employees.  It is important to complete these areas in case you ever want to create regular reports displaying your employees' expiring certifications and/or training.  This screen looks similar to the other HRIS screens.  You can add, edit, or delete.  Here is an example of an employee with certifications:
If an employee renews a current certification, it is best just to edit that certification and save.  It is also best to upload a copy of the certificate so that you have it on file.
Notice the Completion and Expiration Date fields have been updated.  A copy of the Certificate has been uploaded.  You can click on the name of the Certificate to download and print or Email if needed.  Make sure to save your changes.
