Employees Tab -> Search and Select Employees

After you click on the Employees Tab, the main screen used to search and select employee will appear as shown below:

If you have several employees, you can search for the employee that you need to manage by entering his or her information in the search fields under the Select Employee section at the top of this screen.  You can also click directly on an Employees' name under the View Employee heading to edit, or choose Edit/Del under the Action heading.  Lastly, you can scroll through your list of employees.  Each of these options are highlighted above.
