This subtab is probably the easiest to use.  To add an employee's emergency contact, click the Quick Create button.

The edit screen will appear.  Enter the applicable information into the fields.  The Contact Name field is the only required field here.  Save your changes when done.

You will then be able to view the contact on the main Emergency Contact screen.  Notice that the little pencil symbol appears next to each entry so that you can either edit the entry one at a time or you can choose to edit via the blue Edit hyperlink.
