Another more common HRIS area is the Reviews subtab.  Upload your employee reviews here in one location.

When you click on the Reviews subtab, you will notice that a note indicates the next review date (highlighted in yellow below).  After you complete a review, you can click on the little pencil next to the date to update the new date.  This date will also automatically update when you complete the Next Review Date field in the edit screen.

To add a new review, click the blue New Review button.  You will then go to the edit screen:

Notice all of the ways you can tailor this review.  You can enter an overall rating, enter in when the next review is due, or enter manager or employee comments.  You can also manually or paste a review under the Details section just like you would with a word processing document.  Or if you choose to upload a review that you have already created, click the Choose File button to the right of the Details area.  Be sure to save your changes.

While on the main screen where you can click the blue Edit or Delete link, you can edit an old review or delete one at any time.  Each review title and date along with the person who uploaded the review appears.
